Orders shipped within the continental U.S. are shipped via FedEx Express Saver and will arrive within 10 to 14 business days, depending on where you live.
Standard USPS shipping is used for APO/FPO addresses, P.O. Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories (Guam, Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Federated States of Micronesia, Marshall Islands, Palau, Northern Mariana Islands).
International Shipping

A note about International shipping: Canadian orders are shipped via Crossroads. Other packages go by surface mail. Shipping time and cost varies widely depending on the destination. Since prices vary so much, we cannot give you an accurate shipping cost at the time of purchase. Shipping will be billed when order is prepared. In our experience, standard shipments take about 2 to 3 weeks to Canada, 6 weeks to the United Kingdom, 6 to 8 weeks to Japan and Australia, and 10 to 12 weeks to Brazil, to name a few.
Customs forms for all international packages list the value of your order's contents by product type. For instance, orders containing books, CDs and video/audio titles will be listed in a way similar to the following example:
Books value: $39.95 CDs value: $79.95 Video value: $39.95Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.
