Who can help me ?
The IBM handbook says : you can find the actual DLC-Driver on the
mircrosoft hompage.
But i can´t !
Can someone send me one. ! ?

Try the MS ftp site at:
ftp://ftp.microsoft.com/Softlib/MSLFILES/
I believe the file you want is MSDLC32.EXE.

You need the upgrade, too. Without it, you'll have problems with
disconnects…
